Manager – Operations

Job description:

  1. Head Skilling Operations in the State, with immediate activities in Bhopal and Khandwa
  2. Head team for Mobilization, training, placement activities
  3. Responsible for Govt. liaison work
  4. Explore new opportunities in the State for Skill Training: Govt. funded, CSR
  5. Reports to General Manager – Skill Development for regular MIS and updates

Experience and Qualification:

  1. Proven record of managing Skill Development centres, in MP
  2. Team Management
  3. Well conversant with the local environment in the domain
  4. Minimum 10 years of experience in training related assignments
