Training and Placement Officer

Ensure there are enough vacancies for each course offered at each of the 3 assigned centers.
Ensure there are a minimum of 20 job vacancies every month in the local district itself
Manage relationships with existing corporate clients while focusing on obtaining new business.
Successfully articulate and promote the differentiators and brand value of RAGC graduate.
Collaborate with Trainers and Training Managers to reflect customer requirements in the training process
Participate in various student assessments with trainers to evaluate the student fit/potential placements
Collaborate with the Training Manager to develop new content on company specific interview requirement
Brief students on successfully clearing the interview just before the interview process
Counsel students every two weeks to ensure their expectations and skills level match the jobs available in the market
Counsel students & parents regularly to ensure job acceptance rate increases
Coordinate with Counsellors to arrange student interviews and follow up hiring steps
Track all placements on internal software accurately
Follow up hiring steps to receive placement confirmation, joining date, offer letter, etc.
Support placement logistics, such as traveling, accommodation, etc.
Communicate with Center Managers, Franchise Manager and Regional Managers on placement rates and impact on regional business.

Required Candidate profile

Excellent ability to establish and maintain corporate relationships
Strong communication and influencing skills
Well groomed and pleasant personality
Language skills: local language, Hindi (applicable only in certain states) and English.

Admin Executive

Job Description / Key Responsibility Areas:

Admin related:

1. Manage the day to day Administrative activities of the centre

2. Ensure that all day to day updates with records on Student and staff data

3. Ensure relation with external agencies: Govt., partners, vendors

4. Coordinate within admin team to support the delivery of the academic process and guide them on their specific job roles

5. Coordinate the smooth functioning of all departments; each working individually and as a group

6. Submission of regular MIS to the management: Accounts, academic and administrative

Accounts related:

1. Fee collection and maintain individual student fee records

2. Maintain Centre Accounts with the Accountant

3. Follow Centre budgets, as per requirement of the HODs and CC

Support to teaching:

1. Ensure supply of material and equipment on time for academic training as per requirement from the HOD and CC

2. Ensure timely and appropriate arrangements events; in-house and outdoor to support learning as per requirement from HOD and CC

3. Ensure regular lectures are being conducted


1. Maintain the proper infrastructure of the premises

2. Maintain AMC of F&F, equipments, facilities

3. Maintain inventory records

4. Maintain proper repairs of the premises and equipments

5. Ensure cleanliness and proper hygiene in the centre

6. Record keeping of all incoming and outgoing of material and equipment

7. Determine the requirements for the future and present to the management to support the growth plan of the centre

8. Establish quality standards of checks on various services:

1. Security

2. Uniforms

3. Those affecting the domains of Teaching & Learning and

4. General safety of the environment.

Automobile Lab Assistant

Job Description / Key Responsibility Areas:
A laboratory Assistant supervises and coordinates activities of students engaged in performing subject related practical’s, technical training, experiments and assignment as required to enhance their knowledge to be at par with the industry by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures all adequate resources are available for the students to perform practical
  • Ensures all students are adequately trained to safely perform all required practical and their equal learning and competency records are maintained.
  • Ensures compliance with all policy procedures in the laboratory
  • Laboratory Assistant will meet / exceed budgeted financial expectation regarding sales, profits, costs and expenses as designed by the Lab Manager / HOD
  • Provides employee high level of Coaching and motivation and champions in the designated field to beat the industry standards and train the students as per industry requirements
  • Maintains an “open door policy” and communicates with students and faculties to promote empowerment and accountability.
  • Obtains and maintains an in-depth knowledge of local market requirements.
  • Understands coaching / training requirements and organizes lab procedures and schedules to provide for meeting/exceeding student knowledge.
  • Fosters student’s confidence in laboratory work to make them industry ready
  • Reviews local laboratory operations for all aspects of the continuous improvement process
  • Compiles and analyzes equipment information to determine operating efficiency and to diagnose problems and malfunctions.
  • Recommends measures to improve working procedures, use of equipment, and needs for new equipment. Conducts research to develop custom procedures as needed, working in conjunction with lab management / Faculty.
  • Handles required disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner and maintains open communication with the Lab Manager and the concerned department.
  • Represents Inspectorate by appearance and conduct, behaves ethically at all times, ensures compliance in all areas.
  • Ensures laboratory practices meet or exceed board guidelines and industry standards.
  • Reads, understands and enforces Safety policies.
  • May on occasion be required to perform the duties of the Lab Manager
  • Establishes or adjusts work schedules to meet testing requirements and control costs.
  • Maintains time, training, calibration and records
  • Other duties as may be assigned by Laboratory Manager and/or HOD

NCVT / Diploma or Equivalent Degree in a discipline relevant to the Trade
